Where will I find the file I purchased? After you purchase your product, a screen will appear with a link to download the file(s). You will also receive the link via email a few minutes after your purchase, sent to the email you provide at checkout. Occasionally, it make take up to 30 minutes to receive the file link by mail. If you don’t receive the link or can’t access a file, just email us at [email protected] and we’ll send it to you again!
How do I open my file? Files are sent either as a .pdf file or as a .zip (compressed file). You will need a program such as Adobe Reader (free) to view the .pdf files. Compressed (.zip) files are opened by downloading them and then choosing “Extract” to open the files included.
How do I pay with a credit card? The Paypal option that appears will let you input a credit card and pay in that way.
What are your terms of use? All products are for personal/single classroom use only. No part of these documents may be distributed, posted on the Internet , sold or edited without direct permission from the author.
